As the first Copy Director at Better Mortgage, I led the copy and creative team across brand and growth marketing. I led brand voice development; established content strategies across email, social, web, and blog; and collaborated with cross-functional teams to define user pain points, optimize customer journey flows, and test messaging across media.
I built Better’s copy team across UX and brand during a period of rapid growth and as we expanded into new products, digital experiences, partnership opportunities, and platforms. It was quite an experience.
