As Strategy & Content Director at Outré Creative, I led the development of Chubb’s first-ever endorsed brand, a digital-first offering aimed at younger consumers for its ease of application, its smart, confident, and approachable tone of voice, and its narrative-driven storytelling.
I developed the tone of voice and worked with the product/UX lead on initial quote and buy flows, landing pages, product communications, coverage documents, and associated brand guidelines.
